Tirelessly Fighting To Protect Our Clients

Through years of exceptional service, we have become a trusted resource for complex litigation matters throughout Ohio.

On March 22, 2020 Governor Mike Dewine issued a Stay-At-Home Order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. That Order deemed legal professional services as an Essential Business and Operation and therefore exempt from the Order. Nevertheless, all of us have a civic duty during this crisis. The Ohio State Bar Association has recommended that its members maximize technology and creativity to conduct business remotely whenever possible in service to clients to ensure that we continue to protect you and our community.

In support for the need for social distancing this Law Office has activated its work-from-home policy for its attorneys, paralegals and staff to handle business as usual during these unprecedented times. The Law Office is fully prepared to work in a remote environment while having full access to our files which are maintained electronically. As always, we are available by cell phone and email. We will also monitor our main business line, 513-889-0400. We are rescheduling all in person meetings and offering Zoom videoconferencing for all scheduled or requested future meetings.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please remain safe and healthy.

When facing complicated family law issues or probate and estate disputes, your choice of attorney can have a far greater impact than may be initially apparent. Choosing the right attorney can not only mean the difference between success and failure, but also determine how comfortable you feel with the representation you receive.
